POLICIES

I require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Failure to give 24 hrs notice will require a 50% charge to be paid.

 

Failure to arrive to your appointment will require a 100% charge to be paid, I own my own business and live off this money so can’t afford no shows.

 

A £10 booking fee is required to secure appointment (non refundable).

 

Please arrive make up and mascara free. An additional charge is applicable should this not be adhered to as I will have to remove your makeup which takes up more time than alloted for and additional products.

 

I work from a home beauty salon and therefore have no waiting area, please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.

 

Arriving late for your appointment has a knock on effect, therefore 15 minutes or more after your appointment time will mean your appointment is cancelled and the no show/failure to arrive policy will apply meaning a 100% fee charged.
